today i nearly got into a car accident. before you start to berate my pathetic driving skills, no it wasnt during my driving lessons, although i had half a mind to send that bastard back to school for some serious driving lessons.

correction, some serious driving ETHICS lessons.

shit you bastard. that signal was totally a green man and therefore i was totally right by walking, and you, you bastard, you thought you were the bourne ultimatum didnt you, or jackie chan or the matrix or batman? you dared to manoeuvre a stunning UNLAWFUL u-turn and swerved your stupid car bonnet right in front of me, just inches shy of grazing my calves, when i approached the central divider.

mister, if i hadnt avoided you narrowly, if i had died and turned into a ghost, i'll never let you breathe easy for the rest of your life.

alright enough of such malice and venomous animosity. maybe he was rushing to save a life. still, that doesnt give him the green light (pardon the pun) to disobey traffic rules. besides, what's the point if you rush to save a life, only to stain your hands with the blood of another (i.e. me)?

and mum, being in a perpetual state of paranoia, fussed me up and down after learning of the incident, even after continual assurance from me that yes i'm fine i'm alright just had a little shock that's all.

3 outings this week. friday, the sacred 29th feb, for eg, had us sauntering over to this awesome place at clarke quay, called fisherman's wharf, for dinner. us = me, isabelle, shuxin, bao, yj and chungli. dinner was kindly sponsored by the ever facetious chungli. (if i had known he was treating us, i'd have ordered sthg more ex.. HAHAH just kidding) followed by a "tour" of the central mall and then it was out beside the river, at tcc for dessert. amazing ambience; absolutely divine. :) i had fun the whole night. xD
